Orders are generally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.

3. Do you offer assembly services?

Unless specifically stated on the product page, assembly services are not included.

Address updates may be possible within 12 hours of order placement. Once processing begins, changes cannot be guaranteed.

5. What if my furniture arrives damaged?

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the product and packaging so we can review and assist.

6. Are product dimensions exact?

Minor measurement variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances.

7. Do you guarantee product lifespan?

We do not provide lifetime guarantees. Durability depends on usage, care, and environment.
